The Gentleman was great he was able to help with Michael’s Chevrolet out of Fresno not having my extended contract we had paid for to continue on the vehicle we purchase from my family member who they purchase from Michael’s Chevrolet. Him knowing the gentleman's name from Chevy dealer was awesome it made the process through the phone call that I had to make to MPP much smoother for my oil and tire rotation to be taken care off. I greatly appreciate his help and props the MPP for having an employee who knows their job!!!

Everything was awesome and easy to deal with. Town East Ford and MPP have a customer for life.
So far the warranty has been worth the money. Prosper Ford did an excellent job with my car. All I had to do was give my name and my warranty information was automatically applied to the work. If I just had the standard warranty, the repair would not have been covered but because I had a MPP extended warranty, the repair was covered.
Car still at dealer 2weeks today. Would have thought I would get a loaner car .
Larry was very helpful with my walk-in on a Saturday. He was able to fit my car into the schedule because there was a nail in my tire and it was a safety issue. This is my second time using the service department and both times have gone so smoothly.
