As far as MPP, they’ve always took care of the expenses for my oil change. As far as going to Kia Camelback, their service department is the worst I’ve ever been to stolen stuff out of my car. The first time I took it there. I just recently took it and dropped it off for an oil change in my 30,000 mile they lied and said, they did my tire rotation my Zack tech which I paid when I first purchased my car. They didn’t take care of that. They didn’t top off all of my fluids and they didn’t air up my tires and I paid $500 which w... read more

I had a flat tire with a fairly new Michelin tire. I took it in to HONDA FT WORTH and with my MPP insurance they were able to replace it, with no extra charge to me. I was extremely satisfied!
