I had to wait three hours for a first time oil change on my 2023 car on scheduled appointment. The only thing redeemable was I think his name was Henry, but he was nice with explaining the process of the ford pass points and my free 2 years of oil change.
Wonderful ! I got A ride home while they ordered and replaced the tire. And then another ride to Elite to pick up my car. Perfect!
DO NOT BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are more interested in making money than the safety of the tires they’re supposed to provide road hazard insurance for! I had a nail ON the line of no return and after the dealership tried for almost 3 hours to get a response from them, they finally looked at the picture and decided that since it wasn’t over the line but on it, it’s fine and could be patched. Great service and people! Always helpful, prompt and courteous. They keep my car running and looking like new.
The chat representative and Nissan specific technician were both pleasant, focused, and knowledgeable. The recommendations of the technician allowed me to proceed with authorizing work on my vehicle with confidence the repairs were merited and reasonable value. I will use this service again.
2 weeks to satisfaction. I purchased a vehicle and added MPP coverage at the time of purchase. When I got a nail in my tire and took it to the dealership to replace, the service department said my coverage was suspended. The correspondence took two weeks to remedy a clerical error. While the dealership offered nothing to “soften the blow,” I was car-less for two weeks with little to no information. A huge waiting game I would’ve enjoyed going without. I did not deal with them directly but my dealership did everything went smooth. My car was fixed and they took care of all of it.
