McKinney Nissan would have to improve to begin to suck. From the initial trip to the dealership for the purchase, which the sales guy didn’t show up for, to the first service, this place has been a damn circus. At the first service for an oil change, my appt. Was for 9:00 am and it took over 2.5 hours to get the oil change done. Then, they park the vehicle in the “VIP” parking, which are narrow parking spots in the front of the service drive.
