There are many reasons why people try not to have to buy from Town East Ford in Mesquite, Texas....The Service Department. I bought a brand new F-150 Truck from them in mid 2023, and I get FREE oil changes etc. until about 25,000 miles. This is the 3rd time I have been surprised by MPP. Each time I’ve had a warranty issue, it was resolved, fixed and completed within 48 hours to my full satisfaction. It is simply proving to be a trustworthy company. Thank you MPP! Dmunro Texas
MPP has by far been the best extended warranty company we have ever dealt with. Fast courteous and professional had our reimbursement check out to us in less than a week. Would highly recommend MPP for a extended warranty on your vehicle purchase.
Was told at the time of purchase oil changes were covered every 6k miles. At the time of service the coverage was denied saying oil changes are every 10k.
Got my oil changed,all the tires had 29 PSI,they didn't even add air,I went back and had them put air,they put 37, the car requires 33, so 4 PSI low to 4 PSI high, either way that will wear tires out, should have just put air in them myself, they put a radiator on one of my cars and didn't even tighten clamp and I lost all the water, got nothing to say good about service center,all they want to do is a bunch of not needed maintenance
