I was pretty surprised. This is my first extended warranty. To my surprise, it went fairly good. The only thing I didn't like about it is they will only give me a rental car for only 5 days. Which my truck has a part that's been back ordered and not sure how long itd going to take. .And that's the only transportation I have so I'm pretty much stuck at the moment. But, process was fast snd easy.
Great customer service, punctured tire was replaced with no problem.
Delivered as advertised and service at Peoria Ford was timely and efficient.
Worst warranty claim ever involved with, radiator failure ruined all hoses and lines associated they covered minimum
Gary was my rep and he provided excellent customer service. I was extremely impressed with his promptness, knowledge and communication skills.
Benjamin Marquis does a great job informing me what needs to be serviced on my vehicle. He provides great customer service and is always friendly

Surprise Ford has my ford F150 for 2 days without a rental vehicle. I have a chip in my windshield and road chips on my front bumper which they said I am responsible myself to request repair directly through MPP. Another date I had electrical repairs it took two weeks without a rental vehicle. I’m not sure how the program works, I’m I responsible to request the rental and turn in a claim to MPP for reimbursements
