Company approved my claim the same day and assisted me with great customer service to get me a rental while I waited on my vehicle to be serviced. The process was very easy and the whole thing only took a day. I was back in my vehicle which was fixed.
Not worth the hassle. They love taking your money but when they have to pay for something it’s a huge ordeal. The rules and policies make 0 sense. It’s designed that way so that you just get fed up with it all and pay out of pocket. Why would I need to leave my vehicle at the tire shop for 3 days for filing a claim on a tire? They come from the factory with 5 wheels and tires for a reason. I could have given you all the “info” you made me leave the car there for. Stay away from this place.
