They provided great customer service and very knowledgeable in regards to quality of service I was needing for my vehicle.

Service repair was approved in one day. It did, however, take quite some time with plenty of proof/pictures/and documentation from the dealer. Sat at the dealership for 4.5hrs waiting for approval so they could start repairs and give me my rental.
