Dropped my car off at 11. The appointment time was at 12. The car wasn’t don’t until almost 5!!! Then to be told the appointment is only to be checked in not for the oil change. There is no point to have an appointment.
Service tech was extremely courteous and explained everything fully. There was info provided on additional recommended services but I was not pressured into purchasing. Will always take my service needs to Grand Prairie Ford.
Oil change and tire rotation with appointment. Took 1/2 hour. Very professional highly recommended Thank you Mario
The entire process was painless and efficient. It took less than 24 hours from start to finish. The rear view camera on my car was malfunctioning. Camelback Toyota diagnosed the problem, submitted a claim and it was approved within an hour. A new camera was installed the next morning. The cost of a new camera was $720.00. My cost $0.
Declined tire rotation but they did it anyways. Asked for a mirror to be checked out under warranty and they did no such thing. Had concern about a tick coming from the engine also didn’t bother to check it out. Town east ford is a joke!
I purchased their extended warranty with the expectation of having services covered and or reimbursed. It is going on close to two months with multiple emails for a resolution and still no payment. DO NOT PURCHASE OR WORK WITH MPP. Wasted money spent on false expectations.
Everything was addressed in a timely fashion. The service rep, Billie, was a pleasure to work with

Great work, they replaced my tire without a dime. And approval worked so easily.
