This is the second time I put a claim under MPP. The first time, they said I dont have coverage, so i got my files/proof in order and after getting the run around someone actually helped me but only after calling them several times and was put on hold for hours. The 2nd time, they started grilling me about my claim. I dont think they understand that Im paying for this. Im not sure if its MPP or toyota grapevine texas thats doing it. Buying this plan was one of the best things I have done! Just had torque converter issues on my Honda Ridgeline over $3,000. Honda dealer handled the repairs through MPP and totally hassle free for me. I highly recommend this program especially if you are buying a used car.
I am currently dealing with MPP for a couple of repair issues on a Chevy Malibu I just purchased from Camelback Ford. One of the issues was faulty connectors on the headlights. If I had written the review yesterday, I would have probably given 5 stars, because the warranty company chose to let this issue be handled by a Chevy dealership even though the dealership who sold me the car refused to help me.
