At my first service appointment at Camelback Toyota, I waited hours for approval from the warranty company to replace a "conversion tube" in my A/C. The approval didn't come during that visit because SOMEONE had entered the INCORRECT MILEAGE with the warranty company, showing mileage 10,000 more than my actual mileage. I had to make a SECOND APPOINTMENT and rent a car for the day in order to give the dealership and the warranty company ample time to sort out the mistake. RIDICULOUS and unacceptable. Phx, AZ - Not a very impressive warranty company at all. I, as the customer, heard a valve train problem in my vehicle. I was not impressed with past service and answers from service advisors and service manager at Peoria Ford. So I took my truck to Bell Ford as they said they could honor MPP. So thankful I purchased the plan for my Toyota. Second time my tire needed service. First was a repair and that was covered. Today it needed to be replaced. Cost would have been $284. No questions asked. It was covered under plan. Well worth it and pays for it itself considering the years this plan covers vs the reality that in that time my windshield, key fob, shopping cart or tire will likely be damaged.
