I needed a new transmission and catalytic converter and MPP covered both without a problem. Great company !!!!
100% absolutely a zero. If you get your truck serviced at Peoria Ford they do not have any way of getting access to your keys and will not contact you properly before locking up your keys for the weekend. I’m a single female and my keys were also attached to my apartment keys. I was unable to access my apartment and have no family available to help me out. Excellent service. Received the necessary service for my vehicle in a timely manner in the past and currently.
I have only had my car for 1 year but had 2 screws and a blow out. My ins covered it all and Cean my advisor is amazing.
The service program purchased on our vehicle has been excellent to work with and services provided has been according to terms of agreement without concerns. Great service policy
I needed an entirely new transmission and MPP authorized the repair the next day. Without this coverage, I’d be without a car. The customer service has also been amazing! So kind and helpful. 11/10 I would recommend this company - just follow your vehicle’s recommended maintenance and have it serviced at a dealership if you can, and the repairs will be pain free.
Silver plan. Front hubs not covered on fwd/awd car (!!!???). Those are Not wear items like brakes or tires but they are part of the drivetrain if not the suspension. No phone support. Contacted Berkshire Hathaway Automotive. No return contact yet. #260652

Austin was amazing! This is the best experience I’ve had at Nissan in my many years of dealing with them! He made sure I understood everything and was extremely nice. Squeezed me in and got me out in a timely manner. He answered any questions I had! I hope he is still here next time I need service work done because I will definitely be asking for him! Give Austin a raise because he is awesome! ??
