Service was excellent The people were great had no problem. Car was clean. Everything was done. Well I think Toyota.

Quinton was terrific. He explained the process and got me scheduled. On the date scheduled he went over all the things involved and offered me free cold water while waiting. The job was done in about an hour. I paid for the service and we t home as a happy customer.

This was my first experience with MPP. And while Riverside Lexus, along with the service advisor, Tony A****, was absolutely amazing, MPP was very good in their taking care of my car as well. Mr. A**** practically diagnosed the problem before the technician even concluded what the problem was. This was extremely impressive. I was also able to get my car back by the end of the day which also made for a very favorable experience.

It was a relief to find out that my auto repairs were covered under my extended warranty. My bronco was only 7,000 miles over the factory warranty, which was frustrating to need a repair that soon. My MPP platinum plan saved me!! I am thankful that I purchased it!!
They took care of my car service and there communication was great
