Morning, my truck was serviced at Scottsdale AirPark (customer#804221), oil change, tires rotated and Zaktek exterior coating. Prior to my appointment, I was informed it would take 3 hours for the service. Day of my appointment, I pull up before they were open at (06:58). I asked Anthony for a loaner due to the length of service time.I was told, I had to request in advance and none available. I took my vehicle to Capitol Chevrolet to get a tire fixed. I had a screw in my tire and it had to be replaced. The service department took care of it. Now, on to the complaint… the service department ran a diagnostics on my vehicle WITHOUT MY PERMISSION nor did they tell me that they were going to do it. Did it need to be done?? Probably so. MPP was great to have- hassle free repair work. The repair was done on time and done correctly.
Ken was absolutely AMAZING!! So courteous and so professional. He had to fit into a tight spot to get to the hood of my truck and did not complain about having to move a bunch of things in his way. He was here within the hour compared to GMC roadside that gave me a window of 4 hours. Ken was an absolute pleasure to work with and such an asset to your company. Thanks Ken!
