I wanted to write a review to thank Paul Floistad and the whole team at Mountain States. I visited two other Toyota dealerships and in some aspects were similar, however overall Mountain States were better prepared to find me the car I wanted for the price I was after. We traveled all the way from Colorado Springs to the Mountain States dealership because of this which doesn't reflect too well on the local dealers. Worst customer service experience ever. Knew the car we wanted, had financing squared away, walked in at 1pm on a Saturday and walked away 30 minutes later completely disappointed.... When we walked in it took almost 10 minutes to even get a salesperson to talk to us. One finally showed up and we showed him the car we wanted. He then drove us to the back lot to see the car. Since the keys were not there, he left to go get them. 20 minutes later he was still not back so we hiked back to the front and our car and left. Apparen... read more

Every time I take my car for servicing at this dealership it takes at least 20 minutes for someone to check me in. They have four lanes and about 10 people sitting behind desks in the service departmentand I cannot understand why they can't figure out this check in process.

I haven't even purchased my car yet but my experience yesterday was nothing short of wonderful. The General Sales Manager Sean and his salesman Mike were wonderful to me. They explained all the features and benefits of the Highlander (which is what I went in there to see) and answered all my questions. I had a wonderful test drive as well. I will definitely be back for the Highlander.

I took my tacoma in for servicing and to have leaf recall checked, Mountain States said they ordered the new springs, I waited almost 2 months until I called in to find out they were there, the person on the other end said they just arrived yesterday, hmmm dont believe the chances of that, so I set up an appt for the earliest time which was a week or so later. brings me to today which I took it in to drop off did the walk through told Andre Sabel two or three times to make NOTE that my alarm arms itself when doors are closed... read more
