I just bought my 2016 Tacoma from Chris Moreno there. I was weary going to Toyota from my Nissan, but when Nissan was giving me a hassle about finishing my truck, Toyota sales staff stepped up and offered to help me out, when I had not even purchased from them yet. My buying process was stretched out because of my own scheduling conflicts yet Chris remembered my name, what I was looking for, and everything any time I stepped in the door or called. Mountain States Toyota is horrible. I took my vehicle in for a simple ECM recall. After they finished the "work" on my vehicle, I received it butchered. My undercarriage plastic skid plate was dangling and flapping, my front passenger tire splash guard was missing screws and rubbing against my tire, and the screws connecting my brake calipers to the rotors were loose to the point of me being able to unscrew it by hand (which is extremely dangerous). Service department is pathetic. Went in today to buy a new Tacoma and did not want to give us anything for our trade. Yet they drove our car around and trashed the floor mats and left the window open and filled the car with rain and dust.

Drew is a total Jerk. Worst sales person award goes to this rude inconsiderate person. Lost a sale because of his mouth. Customer may not always be right, but you don't talk to people like that.

Horrible customer service will never go here to get a vehicle! The lady who had helped me was very rude did not wanna help me. Made up excuses to not help me.

Airbag recall is really important to get done they tell ya after a few nagging months of mail and phone calls I do and of course, they don't have the part in stock. No dealer in Denver had it either? Now I get to bring it back again for you. Gosh I can't wait!

Bought my used '09 Mustang GT from here. They have gone above and beyond to treat me like a rock star. Excellent service, even after the sale. Frank was awesome, and their service dept. took excellent care of me. Excellent job team!!
