My husband and I went there, already had in mind what car to buy. We walked in, approached the first sales rep we saw in the lobby and purchased a car. Needless to say we left the parking lot with brand new car in less than an hour as we came well -prepared so no further negotiations is necessary. That experienced was great. Going to spend 24k on a newer RAV4 and they wouldn't even put car mats in it. (supposedly used car don't come with floor mats!) walk in to the service department and get me some floor mats or don't make the sale.
So today I had an appointment for normal maintenance. I had to drop off vehicle last night. I receive a call 1:00pm stating they couldn't replicate an issue of drivers window rolling up then comes back down half way. Their attempt to fix was to push the button five times. I speak to tech. Who states that he tried both front windows. I explained it was only drivers door. Tech then blamed work order. I point out work order does have the info. Oh sorry. Seriously not happy with the fact that we paid 40,000 for a tundra and it didn't come with a spare tire! Called to try to figure out why and was told sorry it must have been stolen seriously Toyota??? I guess my next car won't be from you guys. Thanks for not helping
