Scheduled an appointment over lunch, selected the shuttle so I could go back to work, instead its only one way?? So $450+ in service and my choice is to wait 4 hours or get a shuttle to my house so I can get my car, go back to work then find a ride back to you? What kind of fucked up logic is that? I've purchased 2 vehicles from MST and I've referred family members several times. We've all always had a great experience from each and every employee! Won't go anywhere else!
I've been here for work and personal. The sales guys are great. This review is for the service department. 5 months ago I needed a tire replaced all 4 were new (from toyota) but i busted the sidewall mountain states decided to tell me it was tire they couldn't get. Well about 2 weeks ago my brakes were squealing so I went to clean them today and the rear brakes were completely shot along with a few other issues I guess thus toyota does not know how to provide their own service agreements. We absolutely love our new 4Runner and the experience we had at MST. Joey Ramirez made the buying process easy with his knowledge and enthusiasm. Bought a brand-new RAV4 from Mountain state Toyota battery keeps dying on a brand-new car and they will not help me at all would never recommend buying a vehicle from these people I'm going to call channel 9 news and see if they can help me what a big rip off
