This place is a joke, free service my ass charge to balance tires during rotation, charge to wash and vacuum, then you have to make appointment 2 months in advance to sit and wait a half hour to get checked in for your appointment. Talk to the guy about a lift and they recommend spacers 50 dollar spacers on a 40 thousand dollar rig. Time to find a new dealer.

I had the best experience I have ever encountered at a dealership. There was absolutely no pressure in buying a car. Ray Saccomano was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select my vehicle. We loved our experience there!! Jen was so amazing and she helped us figure out what would work best for us, there was no pressure at all! Also a few days after we got the car, we received a package from them congratulating us on our new car!! Beyond impressed!
The guy that checked me in was nice enough. I was in for my first check up at 5,000 miles. I showed up ten minutes early for my appointment. It should've been a quick visit. I was told they were backed up two hours! Who has time for that? I walked out. My husband also has a new Toyota that we purchased from Larry Miller Toyota. He's in and out of their service dept within half an hour! Absolutely horrible customer service.
