I've bought 3 cars from Mountain States Toyota and have been very satisfied with their service and integrity. Specifically, Mr. Bo Bliss and Mr. Sean Kramer are wonderful to work with in the sales department. I also had a great experience in the service department, they covered some repair work on a certified used vehicle that I was not anticipating. Overall, a top notch dealership!

There should be a choice for ZERO stars. This dealership is HORRIBLE when it comes to selling your vehicle. And the customer service to call you back from a manager is non existent. We are still waiting for a call back and we are owed over $475 for a vehicle that we sold this dealership. NEVER again!

It has been a year since the purchase of my vehicle from Mountain States Toyota. Bought a brand new Tacoma from these guys and it was the best dealership I have dealt with. We buy a new truck once a year and this was the first dealer ship we were able to say have paper work ready. We walked in and walked out in a little less then an hour. With a new truck.
