I had the worst experience imaginable. After we landed on a fair price for a 4 runner the dealership located two that meet my needs and assured me one would be reserved and ready within 2 days. They collected my $1000 deposit. Then they couldn't get the vehicles but managed to cash the check! Now they can't return my money till next week..unbelievable.

Dishonest service writers try to charge you a fee to inspect a possible warranty case. Based on two consecutive recalls. After purchasing $3000.00 dollar platinum warranty. Other dealer and Toyota confirm dealer is at fault as original parts are still under warranty. Should have been no questions asked repair. Greedy service writer instead of doing the right thing when I first walked in door has strung this out to me pulling my car out of the shop, getting another dealer involved and the factory. We recently bought a used 2013 Highlander from Mountain States Toyota. After having the vehicle for a short time there were some unforeseen issues that required immediate attention. Without going into all the details, the General Manager, Tim Van Binsbergen, met with us personally and actually went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected to resolve the issue.
