Had a "classic" used car dealership experience here. Sales guy didn't know anything about cars, almost didn't want me there it seemed. When signing the financial documents they tried to up the sale price by $1700 in the small print, which seemed like a predatory move instead of an accident. Their finance guy even made me pull up the advertisement on my phone to prove the originally quoted price. RecommendedMST is the best! Bought our 12 Tundra CM out of state then did a lot of research on service at dealerships, we chose MST. It's a 3 1/2 hour drive but well worth it. From the Service Manager Jeffrey Jenkin to our Service Writer Fernando Acosta and all of the other staff, nothing but exceptional service. My #1 concern is the job being done right, not the price, although I feel their rates are reasonable.

Thanks for the great experience buying my new Taco - Carrington Latham (sales) and the service team were great.
If I could give negative stars I would. They billed my account for 27k when it was supposed to be 2k. The finance manager said "oops I fat fingered it". Now my account is screwed over for 3 to 5 days thanks to this careless and shady car dealership. I now have fees etc to deal with thanks to their EPIC screw up. What a joke! The guy was not even remorseful nor did he apologize.
