I bought a new 4runner and the experience was fantastic! Shan Chewning and Jesse Reska helped me through the process. The experience was a transparent, no pressure car buying experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a Toyota go talk with Shan and Jesse. They will treat you right!
The only good experience here was my purchase day. I have been back 3 times for that same problem with all the lights on my dash staying on. 2 times under warranty still no fix and then last week where I paid again to have it checked. They came back with 4 other unrelated items that they wanted to fix to the tune of $4,300 none of which would fix the issues I brought it in for. This is the worst I have ever been treated... ever. Had an appointment for an oil change at 9:20 that took 10 days to get at a time I could make. Got in line at 9:10. Car finally got checked in at 10:10 and was told it would be another hour and a half to hour and forty five minutes to complete. Got my car out of line and went home. Thanks, Mountain States
