I am very estactic about my new/used 2016 Toyota Highlander with great miles. They have Great service, an a awesome management team. Mountain states Toyota is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. The customer service was outstanding. Jen Decker is a fabulous sales Rep. She was very kind and patient and very understanding. Josh who helped me with the financial paperwork was wonderful as well. My partner also owns a Rav4 which is how I got acquainted with MST and their outstanding customer service which is why I bought my Rav4 there.

This is an amazing place and they treated us like if we were customers for more than a decade. When we arrived we asked for someone who could speak Spanish and that's when we met Joey! Made an appointment to see about a used vehicle they got in that I was very much interested in. Checked ahead to see if they would take a motorcycle in on trade along with my vehicle trade and was told they would. When I arrived, the vehicle had been rinsed off but there was trash in the bed and in the cab. I can see the outside being dirty but when you know someone is coming to look at the vehicle, you'd think the trash would be removed, maybe a quick vacuum. Had routine service performed today and they recommended brake fluid ex change which I agreed to, 134.00 charge plus tax I was told. Got the bill and was charged an additional 10.05 for misc. charges which were explained to me as shop supplies, rags that might have been used etc. The fluid charge was 34.44 and the labor was 130.51. For that labor price wouldn't you think it should include rags or supplies needed. What a ripoff
