I guess they’re just selective on who they choose to speak to and help because all of the salesmen walked right pass me and looked and didn’t ask if I needed help, I don’t know the tall bald guy with the beard but his customer service skills are trash because I spoke to him but he gave me a head nod with his eyes raised, but clearly spoke to the other person.
Big thanks to nick Wilson! I took my jeep in for ac not working and horrific noise once 4x4 was engaged. He got it in looked at and called me every other day to update me. If you have a bad experience I highly suggest you see nick the next time you go in he genuinely cares. Thanks again nick for all your help.

I took my Jeep for a check engine light . My car was there for a MONTH!!. they were waiting for parts .. yesterday I just whent and got my car but now my car is shaking that never happened before!!! I’m calling Garry Davis but he don’t answer..

I had previously dropped off my dodge at another dealership with an appointment only to be told it would be a 3-4 days before anyone would even look at it. I had had it with poor service from said dealership(long history of issues) and decided I would try Moritz. I am so pleasantly pleased. Moritz got my truck 555Pm and was ready to go by the next day at 4 pm. My service advisor Jimmy Pool was outstanding!!!

A great big thank you to Dean in the collision repair department. We were involved in an accident with our Jeep. Dean made the entire process so easy by dealing with the insurance company & all the different parts suppliers. He also kept us informed quite often of the progress.
