Made and appointment for service (oil change, tire rotation, and checking out vehicle) for 7:30am. Time of meeting the service representative was right on time. The person also offered a free car wash if the vehicle was not done by 8:15am. I received a free car wash and did not mind waiting until past 9am. The service representative discussed the health of my vehicle with no concerns for additional service. Would recommend to others to schedule an appointment besides just showing up. I will return as a repeat customer.
I have never purchased a new vehicle at a better place. Moritz is 10 STARS. The salesman Kevin was the most pleasant and knowledgeable of any I have ever dealt with The finance department was top notch and expedited my transaction quickly. Will definitely buy again at Moritz.
