Had a great quick experience purchasing our new Jeep Wrangler. Found a great vehicle with a much better price than our local jeep dealer. Was very happy with Giovanni as our sales guy.
This is probably the 5th time my car has been back. The service departments sucks. For engine issues it takes a week, and transmission it takes two weeks in order for them to look at. They kept my car this last like for a total of 3 weeks, with no loaner. When I finally got it back, a couple of days later every light you can think of came on in my dash. This was the best experience on buying a vehicle. All the other dealerships in my area force you to buy extended warranties. At Moritz Jeep there is no dealership add-ons. All the numbers are put out to see in black and white and no funny business. Thank you Maria, Bruce and Miguel for the best experience of buying a vehicle. Trading a vehicle can be very stressful but Moritz Jeep gave top dollar even knowing we were upside down. We bought a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with all the bells and whistles.
