Very nice people. The whole process when buying a car takes too long. The service lady is very good and nice. It's the employees she works with brings her down.
On Thursday I Brought my Vehicle back in for the first oil change and bulb on mirror backing to be replaced. 4 hours later Moritz service department informs me that they broke my mirror. I then Scheduled to have the mirror repaired the following Monday (today) after 2.5 waiting in wait area, Moritz service department comes and offers me an Uber home instead of continuing to wait.
