I’ve had the WORST experience so far from this dealership!! I’ve been trying to close a deal on a Jeep since May 25th!!! I’ve just been yanked around like my business doesn’t matter. I got in a wreck and they totaled my car. I’m a single mom and had SEVEN days off to get this done and I STILL haven’t been able to get an answer!!! First they told me I was approved and now all of a sudden they don’t know after I’ve provided EVERY document they’ve asked for promptly.
