Don’t go here for any type of warranty work that requires leaving your car unless you have more than one. When I asked about a loaner I was told they don’t really do that unless you bought it from them. When I told the service tech that I had to have a car he laughed and said “yea”.

Service department is the worst. I wrote a review on google if you care to look at it.
Chuck is so rude and lacks customer service skills. I was told my car only needed a conventional oil change and they would throw in a tire rotation on the house. He said hahha that’s a lie ain’t nothing free here who would lie to you. He also said your car will only take synthetic oil and that’s it. So why is it that last time I got a conventional oil change? Never had a issue with this service dept and when I get my Chevy services they are super friendly and treat everyone with the upmost respect! So wish that could have be... read more

Make sure you ask for chucky in the service department for extra crappy service. All around experience was terrible. If you want horrible customer service, this is the place to be!!!
