An hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation is excessive, especially when I called for an appointment (which might or might not have been made!)! 😡

Went to moritz for service on my Wrangler.. did a absolute good job. Everything was handled professionally. Recommend them over other dealerships
I think that the sales and service is 5 out of 5 stars.This staff is well trained.The service dept is very well verus on the cars and trucks they sell.There parts/accessories dept is very price matching and have a skilled accessories installation dept as well.If they can not answer your question they know were to go to find it.They are patience,kind and polite.I can only think of a hand full of CDJR dealership that are on par with Moritz,in the Dallas Metro area.

Our first car purchase in years! Greg was extremely helpful! We would definitely recommend. Of course I didn't get what I wanted today but I know I will soon. They really went above and beyond and I highly recommend this dealership! We will definitely be back!
