Has the best and very knowledgeable staff!! very sweet nurses and doctors with great bedside manner not only to their patients but to the parents to!!
Completely blown away by the care, the professionalism, the sensitivity to nervous parents, the efficiency, the cleanliness, the security (they ask you to match your wristband to your child's constantly, which was amazing and reassuring), the politeness...I can't say enough. An absolute WORLD CLASS operation.
My son is on the autism spectrum. They did everything they could to keep him comfortable for his procedure. They also kept us informed about what to expect concerning how long we would wait and the care we would need to give my son as he recovered. Everything went as planned, and there were no surprises. They also made sure my son had a school note so he could be out for two days, since we had a three-hour drive. Perfect!
I took my daughter to Vanderbilt yesterday for a steroid infusion and normally we have a great time people were always friendly but for some reason the people on the 6th floor in the Infusion Department they were not as friendly as before
If I could give ZERO stars I would! I would like BOTH of my $250 co-pays back! At least one since all you did were the same dang tests!
The BEST and MOST caring hospital EVER! They treat you more than patients, they treat you as family. They will do whatever they can to make you feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable.
IMO this is one of the best hospitals around. Everyone is polite and helpful and is really willing to go out of there way to make your child and your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
It was a very nice place to get answers. Doctors and nurses had some miscommunication problems but all around they did everything I asked for
Absolutely impressed with the staff. Top notch all the way!
