Excellent place ,care,& people! I love this hospital.I couldn't ask for any better. They go above and beyong for not only the patient; but, guests as well. They have true southern hospitality.I Wont take my kids anywhere else after being here.
Well it was a long trip just to have little one examined n b told b back in 6 months. .. a five minute visit n a two hour drive. .. but we know we're n good hands. Emmy Grace enjoy the Seacrest Studios... they r super with the children... thanks
I was here with my nephew who at 8 years old had 2 surgeries-- out patient. The waiting room is spacious with a separate dining area. There is a game tower with a PlayStation and plenty of seating. I met a couple whose 7 month old daughter had open heart surgery. The sense of community is what feeds the soul on this floor. People were happy to have conversations, to give and receive a warm smile. The doctors and surgeons are the best at what they do-- that goes without saying.
My 8 month old has cranial stenosis he had his surgery yesterday afternoon and is doing awesome so far thank god. The drs are awesome all staff and nurses have been wonderful to me and and my boy, the nurses are doing everything they can to keep my boy comfy and are succeeding. Wonderful hospital.
My daughter and I went to see a neurologist and she was wonderful. Talked to my daughter at her level, took the time to explain everything she was doing. We left with a complete understanding of her diagnosis and a follow up appointment.
we are so impressed and in love with everyone of the staff members at this hospital so far. our son will be born in june and will have HLHS and everyone has been so positive so understanding and so helpful for all of to be able to cope and understand the long process and journey ahead of us (we could not be more blessed to be able to go to vanderbilt
Brought my 5yr old daughter in with severe stomach pain... Acute appendicitis! Got that thing out and my girl back on her feet in no time. What a blessing this place is with super friendly and helpful staff they take the time to put you at ease and answer every question. Best hospital staff on the planet.
You couldn't ask for a better place to be taking care of one of your grandchildren.
Took my 3 month old son here yesterday because he has RSV. Nurses weren't nice. One cut my sons leg and stomach and tried to hide it and when I pointed it out to the doctor later on, she was quick to blame me and brush it off. The needle drop in the room had a needle sticking out of it from where a nurse/doctor just dropped it in and didn't make sure it was properly disposed. I went here because I had heard good things, but after my experience here, I'd rather not go back.
