Everyone that comes in tells us something different, none of them knows what's going on and it's the NASTIEST place I've ever been!!!! I wouldn't bring my dog here!
My daughter had craniofacial reconstruction and she absolutely loved her stay. She's 5. And was able to walk around without being hooked to an IV stand. she loved going to the playroom. Loved playing bingo. Me and her both played. Very nice nurses. Love everything about this hospital!
My daughter was there for 15 days and 7 of those days she was on a ventilator... The nurses and doctors took excellent care of her and now she is home. I'm very thankful to all that had a hand in bringing my baby back to me. I'm forever greatful for you all
My daughter was rushed to the children's hospital from KY right after birth, nobody knew what caused my daughter to go into cardiac arrest when my baby got to the hospital they made sure they called & let me know everything .. the nurses and doctors insured me that my baby would-be okay .. she was on ecmo for 6 days .. got off on the 7th day . Miracle workers. So blessed to be such a close drive to this awesome hospital.
Can't thank them enough for all they did for my 5 month old son while we were there for 2 weeks with RSV bronchiolitis. I felt so safe knowing he was in some amazing hands!!!
We started off at urgent care in McMinnville then went to St Thomas in Murfreesboro whose surgeon wasn't comfortable performing an appendectomy on a 7 year old so they sent her over to the children's hospital. I am so glad we ended up here. Doctor Neblett and team were great. All the nurses at every stage were awesome and so patient with my daughter. Even the student nurses were great. The room was plenty big enough for my daughter and me.
My 18mth son had get ear tubes put in and me as a first time mom was scared to death for him they took great care of my son and put me at ease. I'm from here but have heard wonderful things about this place and they lived up to it.
So far everything has been amazing. Vanderbilt Children's Hospital is all about the kiddos���
