We always have a great experience @MCCH We have been coming since my grandson was born as a micro preemie here in 2004. Yesterday as always was a great experience and we got to have a little fun in Seacrest Studios, my grandson was thrilled :) Thank you all for all you do!

I was very upset with the attending. He lied to us and said that his narcs were pre authorized at pharmacy and he never even spoke to them. We had to fight for over 2 hours back n forth with hospital and pharmacy to still only get an emergency dose cuz attending had to submit paperwork that could have been done during admittion pryor to discharge. So stressful
I am a true fan of vanderbilt and staff. It has minor issues but so do you and so do i. I would for sure refer the hospital to friends and family. Thank y'all for the awesome care of my kids and grandkids.

My 5 month old son was admitted right after Christmas due to having RSV and we were just able to come home yesterday. For our first week we were in the PICU. I was so impressed by the close care he received there. The respiratory therapists that cared for him were amazing. Some nurses that stood out to me were Patrick, Allison, and Nancy. They were phenomenal and stayed on top of everything! They did not hesitate to be thorough with their care and made sure to not miss a thing with Ivan. We spent one night so far in Vanderbilt with our 4 month old looks like we may have to go back soon. All the staff we meet and talked with were AMAZING they all were very passionate and caring and you felt the love they shared with our daughter.
I love how all of the doctors and staff listen and do everything to make your sick child better. We were just down Friday with my daughter who is very sick. The doctor called me before I could five minutes down the street to give some news of her x-ray and some med to help her. We have to go back on Tuesday for more test and I'm sure they do all they can to help my little girl.
My munchkin is a regular at VCH and each and every time he is blessed with expert medical care and a whole lot of love! I can't say enough wonderful things about OUR hospital!�
