We purchased a set of mobile help devices for our elderly mother who lives alone and it has given up such security to know that if anything should happen she can summon help with a button or she has the fall detection, which is such an added bonus, especially if she should fall and hit her head and not be able to hit the button. We have had a few questions along the way and your customer service department is the tops when it comes to answering them. We couldn't be happier with the device and your company. You are the tops.

I have the Samsung/Mobile Help Smartwatch Medical Alarm. I LOVE IT!!!! I am protected against a fall and can get immediate help if needed. PLUS I don't feel ancient!! You would never know it is an alarm to look at it!!! The staff at MobileHelp is courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. ***** ****

MobileHelp employees were very helpful. When I had questions they were quick to answer them and assist when I had a problem setting up my system. It wasn't the equipment, it was me.

I purchased a set of mobile help devices to help me at home and away. I purchased the set that allows me to be mobile so that when I am not at home I can have a device always with me that will know exactly where I am and when needed can call for help right to that spot anywhere in the nation. I have a button to wear at all times. It's the wristwatch style button. I could have chosen The pendant Style. These buttons are waterproof and so they can be worn even in the shower or bath. Since we got our Mobile Help, we have not had any reason to use it, but when we go to town, I wear the pendant and put the alert in the case, I feel much safer to know that if anything happens to me, I can summons help at a push of the button.

My Mobile Help bracelet makes me have peace of mind like I've haven't had in years. I live alone and my family lives thousands of miles away. They were begging me to move back "home" to Michigan, but Arizona is my "home" now and I would never consider moving. The Mobile Help was a breeze to set up and the "test" feature is easy to use.

I have only had the Mobile Help Duo System for a very short time, however, in that time, I have had numerous questions and cannot emphasize enough the courtesy and helpfulness each and every member of the Tech Support System gave me. I've researched several other Systems before I ultimately chose Mobile Help and can say without a doubt that I have made the BEST CHOICE. I chose MobileHelp over another unit that I had tried. MobileHelp was easy to set up, and is very well monitored by the company. The staff were very friendly and professional and setting things up was very easy.
