I am a new customer and user of Mobile Health, but after researching and comparing several companies and reading reviews, I chose Mobile Help because they were not high pressure, very informative and helpful and had the best promotion at the time. Fortunately, I have not had a need to use it or call for help yet, but I can say that whenever I have had a question, the customer service team is great! They are very friendly and helpful.
MobileHelp's set up instructions are well written and easy to follow. Testing system every month makes good sense and again, easy to complete. Feel confident wearing the fall button and taking the mobile device with me. So glad I made this important decision to keep me safe.
I have been thinking about getting some kind of device for myself, I have been having trouble with my left leg giving out on me, since I became a widow last May I do not have any one here to help me. It a late night fall for me to start looking in to some thing like Mobile help. After checking in to Life Alert and Mobile Help. I chose Mobile Help because they took the time to help me with the best option for me
I researched 3 alert systems for my sister in Houston. MobileHelp's customer service was by FAR superior and everyone (EVERY single person) who I spoke with at MobileHelp was kind, compassionate and not pushing me to do anything. They have a great refund policy and very reasonable plans/options.
I recommended the MobileHelp device to my dad and he agreed to participate. We are both very pleased with the device and the customer service. Now we have peace of mind, especially when he is out of his home. Hopefully, he will never be in a situation where he needs to use MobileHelp, but if he is we know he can count on receiving the help he needs.

I am a new customer with Mobile Help. I am very happy with the Customer Service that Mobile Help provides. I also like their website. I was able to learn about the different products, so that I could decide which would be best for my Dad. I look forward to continued satisfaction with Mobile Help.
Mobile Help is the best GPS system for me. The reps are very knowledgeable. They don't try a push their product. They gave me all the information and didn't pressure me. I have recommended Mobile Help to all the seniors who live here where I live. About 200. I've told all the people at church so they can make an informed decision for their parents and grandparents. This system is a wonder. I love mine.
We looked for a home medical alert system for my mother-in-law. MobileHelp is exactly what we needed for her so that we would have the confidence to know that she could get help quickly.
