From start to finish this was the most caring, professional and prompt company I have ever dealt with. My 97 year old mother used this without any problems. When she needed it help was called immediately, with the information to open the gate and her door. My sister and I were notified immediately in the middle of the night. After reviewing the services of five companies that provide Medical assistance I decided that Mobile Help had the best plan. Their service, cost and no cost equipment far exceeded other companies. I would recommend this company over and above similar companies.
I now feel safe since I got MobileHelp. I am 81 years old and have a heart condition, diabetes, and severe back problems. MobileHelp not only had all the products that my father needed, they were also very helpful in explaining the functionality of each item and helping us with questions regarding the set up process. The MobileHelp sales representative and Customer Care Support Team were wonderful. They explained the available options, asked questions and made recommendations for my 87 year old mother. They did not attempt to sell us a more expensive option she didn't need and were very thorough during the set up and testing phase. My mother has not had occasion to use the system for an emergency, but did drop her pendant last week and received a call from Customer Care (within a minute) asking if she needed assistance.
