From start to finish this was the most caring, professional and prompt company I have ever dealt with. My 97 year old mother used this without any problems. When she needed it help was called immediately, with the information to open the gate and her door. My sister and I were notified immediately in the middle of the night. I recently purchased the Mobile Help System. I had started to look fora system because two friends, who also live alone like I do, had falls where it took a long time to get help because it took them hours to crawl to their cell phones. I now feel safe since I got MobileHelp. I am 81 years old and have a heart condition, diabetes, and severe back problems. I had been falling a lot lately, and a fall on the patio was a warning because I lay on the hot concrete in the blazing Texas sun for 45 minutes before I got any help.it was a miracle my neighbors finally heard my calls for help. MobileHelp not only had all the products that my father needed, they were also very helpful in explaining the functionality of each item and helping us with questions regarding the set up process. The price is a bargain for the comfort it provides me and my siblings. We know that my Dad now can stay in his home and will have help if needed.

I HEARTILY RECOMMEND MOBILE HELP. I. RECENTLY ORDERED THE COMPLETE SYSTEM, BOTH THE HOME-BASE AND THE MOBILE UNIT. I RECEIVED A PENDANT, A WRISTBAND,AND THE FALL DETECTION PENDANT. I AM PLEASED WITH THE EXCELLENT QUALITY OF THE EQUIPMENT AND WITH THE TOP-NOTCH SERVICE PROVIDED BY MOBILE HELP. THE MOBILE UNIT IS SMALL, COMPACT AND LIGHTWEIGHT AND IS EASILY CARRIED WITH ME IN MY PURSE WHEN I GO OUT. I WEAR THE FALL DETECTION PENDANT 24/7. IT IS LIGHT WEIGHT, AND I HARDLY KNOW I HAVE IT ON. The MobileHelp sales representative and Customer Care Support Team were wonderful. They explained the available options, asked questions and made recommendations for my 87 year old mother. They did not attempt to sell us a more expensive option she didn't need and were very thorough during the set up and testing phase. Mobile Help is the exception to the general rule. The staff are very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and very patient, answering questions and assuring customers. I have only had Mobile Help for about a month but the purchasing process is what made me choose them. The actual functions and quality of the equipment is good quality and mostly comparable to many other providers. It's the people, their professionalism and their decency, that made my decision.
