Very impressed with this company. Responded quickly when I requested information and readily allowed me to take my time to review the offer and make additional inquiries but went back to Mobil Help. They sent the equipment (sent very quickly) and then they called and walked me thru each piece of equipment and tested each piece. Shortly after buying MobileHelp, my dad's alert went off. Unable to reach him, the EMTs, police and I were called. The GPS was indicating he was home. By the time I got to dad's apartment, the paramedics were in his unit but he couldn't be found. MobileHelp called again informing us the GPS was indicating in or around his building. I am not even "old" but I was ill and passed out at home, and when I awoke, I had to struggle to get the phone and get help. My Mom, who is old, told me I needed a "button" like her. I read reviews online and got ratings, and picked Mobile Help. I found them to be very responsive, helpful, and the system is easy to set up and work. As someone who lives alone, it gives me great peace of mind to have this. I never want to struggle for help again, and maybe, I couldn't have got help. We have had this device for several months now and it has worked wounderfully we just recitely had to change the lock box code called they walked us though it no problem we have had the pendant fall only two foot from a TV tray while a cleaning was being done immediately someone was on the line to ask if there was a emergency they have very good cost fast service will continue to use as long as needed Thank You for your service!

The salesperson never pressured me once! The system works beautifully, with the alarm going off when she put on her shirt, so we know it will detect a fall. She cancelled the call. It works!! Our salesperson followed up, and has been the ultimate professional. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Fortunately we haven't had to use the system yet but the company was very helpful with setting up the equipment and testing it. My mother in law wants to be self sufficient in her home so it is very comforting to the family knowing she has help should she need it right at her fingertips.

MobileHelp is all they advertise. I called and the customer service rep was knowledgeable, polite, & extremely helpful. He didn't push the product and permitted me to call back the next day to discuss it further. He answered every question & explained the product more, including adding to the wrist alert. The fall detector and alarm detector system that can be expanded, to reach all parts of the house. The best part is that you do not need to sign up for a long term contract.
