Every time I call to change where my mom is living, their customer service has been excellent. More then that my mom had a spell where she fell 4 times in a short amount of time and Mobile Health was there to offer assistance and get an ambulance when needed. Thank You

When the power went out at my mother's home, MobileHelp was notified. They talked to my mom (through the device) to see if she was okay. Since I received a text message that my mom's machine was notified, the company phoned me personally to let me know that she was okay and that her power went out. They didn't want me to worry because I couldn't get her on the landline. We greatly appreciated the call.

I haven't had to use my mobile help system yet, but when I start walking my dog ð?¶ this Spring, I will take my necklace with me whenever I go for walks with her. ************

I had a different system that also uses AT&T. No matter where in my home that I placed their base unit would it connect with a cell tower except in the front of my garage. That doesn't help any. So I dropped them and signed on with MobileHelp. The equipment arrived within 7 days of ordering it and the moment I set the base unit in my kitchen/living room it attained 3 bars. We purchased MobileHelp for our 97 year old mother who is very independent and chooses to remain in her own home. Her nearest daughter is 5 hours away. Mom has had several falls in the past few years, breaking a hip and a wrist. MobileHelp makes her choice more comfortable for her and for all of us adult children. The system is easy to set up, reasonably priced and all our questions were answered quickly. Our minds are at ease knowing mom will receive help quickly should she need it.

One night I was in bed for maybe 5 minutes and there's all this banging on the door. I didn't hear it well on the from door but he back door it was loud and clear, right next to our bedroom. We hadn't received our lock box yet. I got up to see what all the commotion was about and it was our MobileHelp Angels. I purchased the equipment and services of Mobile Help approximately 6 monthed ago for my mother-in-law. During the 6 month es she had 2 falls. Each emergency was handled by Mobile Help quickly and professionally. Early on I had to call CS with a question and each time the representative was courtious, professional and informative. I had to cancel the service only because my mother-in-law is now in assisted living. I would definitely recommend Mobile Help to anyone requiring the services they offer.

I am a new customer and user of Mobile Health, but after researching and comparing several companies and reading reviews, I chose Mobile Help because they were not high pressure, very informative and helpful and had the best promotion at the time. Fortunately, I have not had a need to use it or call for help yet, but I can say that whenever I have had a question, the customer service team is great! They are very friendly and helpful.
