MobileHelp is AMAZING! While we have only had it for about 6 weeks, it has been a blessing to myself and my sisters while our 2 elderly parents are at home alone. I waited for several months before I decided on mobilhelp. I love it. All of the people working there that I spoke to were very helpful and patient with me they answered all my questions. Just a few days after ordering it then it was here. I loved my so much I got my friend to get one. Thank you mobile help for making me feel safe and caring and support.
So far I have not had to use assistance, but I feel very comfortable knowing that Mobile Help is there for me. I did research other companies, Mobile Help is the only one I found that helps you when you are away from home, since I do go out often, I don't worry anymore about falling and having no one to assist me. I recommend Mobile Help to anyone who, like me live alone.
I have been very happy with my Mobile Help system. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and the system was very easy to hook up. I really like the piece that I can take with me when I am away from home and I like having the lock box outside so help can get to key to get inside to help me. This has all been a very good experience!
I am so very happy with my new MobilHelp unit. For over 4 months I kept telling the sales agent call me back in 2 months, then it was three more...I just did not want to face needing one although I have recommended it to many. In searching for a more comprehensive company providing medic alert wireless, I selected Mobile Help as my provider for these services. From Fall alerts to "slip and fall" protection and alerts as well as actual medic alert situations. Mobile Help has it all. I recommend Mobile Help for your Medic-Alert needs in your home.
I am so glad I found MobileHelp. I looked for a long time for a company that provided such complete service without an enormous bill. No landline required and so easy to put the unit into service. They even include a door hanger to remind you to take your mobile unit when you leave the house. Customer Service is so well informed.
My experience so far with Mobile Help has been excellent! The agents who helped me with what I wanted & needed listened to me and did not try to talk me into something different! I had previously been with a company that had misrepresented information & since I had a contract for three years I was stuck with the system.
