Best decision I ever made for my Mother in law. She feels a sense of relief knowing she has the unit. She is 75 and lives alone and she is not very steady on her feet. I love the fact that it has a mobile unit that she takes with her when she leaves home, it has a GPS in it so if there ever was an issue and she pressed the button, the call center can tell the ambulance exactly where she is. I have the MobileHelp Duo for almost two months now. I also have the fall detector. I did have a problem with the first Fall Detector I received In that It was detecting a fall when I was just sitting at my computer and also just sitting at my kitchen table. I contacted customer service and explained the problem they immediately replaced the Fall Detector I had with a slightly different model and I have had no problem with this one. I have tested it a few times and it always detected a fall just my dropping it to the floor. ... read more

MobileHelp was the first company I contacted. They were so responsive that I did not bother to contact another firm. I am very satisfied with the system that I purchased and feel secure. I particularly like the Mobile Device that I can take with me when I go out. I was seeking a system that would/could provide me with security at home, and on the move, Mobile Health provides that. I have used other companies, but Mobile Health has what I needed, in addition Mobile Health provided a push button for in the bathroom in event I fall there. The system was extremely easy to set up, and the weekly checks are a snap, I feel secure with this system and would recommend it to all I know. Customer service has been super, always there

I am so glad I picked Mobile Health to be there for me when ever I needed for help! The sale rep (Joyce) I dealt with was very informative on how everything worked to get any emergency assistance I may need. She explained the equipment I may need. She spent all the time I needed. Then when I recieved my equipment, I set it all up and called a technician. I talked with (Darrell or Darrin) and he tested each and every item I recieved so it all worked properly. I've never had to use them but their customer service is superb! They are kind, understanding, and very concerned. A few days ago I dropped my 'necklace'. Of course it registered as a fal. I got a phone call in a few seconds and even though I told them I dropped it, the person asked a few questions to make sure I really was ok.
