I had a very bad experience with MobileHelp. I disconnected the unit 11 months ago after receiving a free medical alert unit after breast cancer surgery and a lengthy recovery. The return of the MobileHelp unit was not made clear for cancellation, no return label came with the unit. For 11 months MobileHelp continued to debt payments of $33 dollars per month totaling over $330 for services not rendered, no one was monitoring or testing to see it the unit was in place. We are 87 and 84 years old and Mobile Help is with us always at home and away. My wife is a stroke victim and we have accidentally set them off several times and Mobile Help contacted us immediately find out if we were OK or need help! I looked at four other products but Mobile Help had the best product at a good reasonable price! Your life is in their professional hands at a time where minutes count if you fall or need help! The Mobile Help Company is very good to work with.
My wife is signed up and using the duo MobileHelp system. It is functioning perfect. We are both so relieved the she is monitored 24/7, Even when we travel. we also have the fall protection unit and a smaller one for the shower. We can check it monthly and call them at anytime for assistance. They promptly answer the phone and listen and answer any questions. Peace of mind. YES!
