I have just placed my order. I don't generally give reviews. However, the gentleman I dealt with was able to answer all of my questions. Yes, I had a lot. I have been looking for a personal alert system for about 6 months. I saw the Mobile Help advertisement in the AARPMagazine. The price is less than half the price of what other companies charge that are providing the same services. No long term contract and it uses GPS to tell where you are outside of the house.
