I was very appreciative of *******'s knowledge and customer service. I told him I wanted what my sister has with them and gave him her contact information he had that info instantly and I confirmed all that I was signing up for. I felt very comfortable with our conversation and look forward to receiving my equipment in a few days.
Patrick was very knowledgeable; gave me precise answers to all my questions. Terrific answers to all my questions. I can't wait to have my Mother start using the equipment, all though I hope there is no need too. This however, makes me and my Mother feel so much safer.

Most aggressive sales team ever!! I called to inquire about product and pricing. Sales person had a pitch that didn't want me to interrupt to ask any questions a question. When he was finished I told him that I wanted to discuss with my husband and would get back to them. He then said let's talk to your husband let's give him a call right now right now. Again I said I needed to Discuss with my husband and then I received the statement that there is a free 30 day trial can he send it to me. I said no and again restated I woul... read more

My experience with this company was exemplary. The safety agent I spoke with on the phone was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I did set up an account only today so I cant not review the equipment or service at this time however, if the phone contact is any indication of those then I would rate it all as a recommendation to see if the service is a fit for you. If it is then sign up.
