I have just placed my order. I don't generally give reviews. However, the gentleman I dealt with was able to answer all of my questions. Yes, I had a lot. Outstanding experience signing up for Mobile Help over the phone. Extremely knowledgeable and patient representative answered the numerous questions that I had, ensuring that I understood Mobile Help and the services/equipment that I am to receive.
***** was very helpful, understanding and considerate when I was inquiring about purchasing a Mobile Help device for my mother. It took a few days to convince my mother she needed this device.
