Outstanding experience signing up for Mobile Help over the phone. Extremely knowledgeable and patient representative answered the numerous questions that I had, ensuring that I understood Mobile Help and the services/equipment that I am to receive.
***** was very helpful, understanding and considerate when I was inquiring about purchasing a Mobile Help device for my mother. It took a few days to convince my mother she needed this device. I recently had a very good experience buying a Solo system. ****** was very patient as he described all the other available types he had, but recommended the Solo system for my mother..****** spent at least 40 minutes explaining how the system works and what pieces would be beneficial to moms conditions. No pressure was given to me what so ever, just information in a caring way. I just set the system up for my mom to use, and it seems the other employees I spoke to were also very helpful and patient.
