Absolute crooks!!They make it so very hard to cancel their services. We paid a full year in advance after being told that we would get 2 months free 14 months of coverage for the price of 12 months. Dont fall for this ploy! My mother-in-law passed away after 7 months of membership and now we only get credit for the remaining 5 months. Since she died we do not get the extra 2 months of credit. I have a brother that is in need of a fall device so I wanted to get a credit on my account and transfer the equipment to my brother. ... read more
