Arrival of the emergency device was prompt. Personnel are very patient with questions and very good with explanations. Good value for $$. Website could be a bit more clear and easy to use. Good with communication. Like the 'wellness check' feature. They also helped me get the right device for my situation. I was going to order a different device. Really like the 'ping' location on map feature for my family use. The Fall detection feature is nice.
I ordered your device yesterday for my mother. Rich was extremely helpful and patient with us. His knowledge and understanding of your products is wonderful. I would definitely recommend trying this company.
