The folks at MobileHelp are fantastic. ***** at customer service explained the process and cost. She worked diligently to assure my mother, a current customer who referred me to their service, would be compensated for her referral, despite the problem that she (Mom) has had three residences since she became a subscriber. I put a request in for information and prices, and **** called me the following day with a proposal after he figured out what was needed for my mother. He was kind and answered all my questions. The other people who I dealt with when **** wasn't available were also very kind and helpful. When I was ready to order the system for my mother, **** set the device up for her so that when she receives it, it will be ready to go.

Once I researched the top Emergency/Medical Response companies, I selected Mobile Help. The representative I talked with was great at answering all my questions and steering me to a plan that fit my budget and needs. Although I haven't used the system yet, I'm confident it will work well.
