I reached out to mobile help and was called back by ****. I had wanted to price other companies but when I checked them out all the perks that mobile help had as standard features their companies prices was an additional cost. **** was to call me back in 2 days and promptly did so. **** was courteous, helpful, and just a sweetheart to deal with. I am anxious to get my device but hopefully will never have to use it but if I do I am hopeful that the rest of the team is as gracious and a joy to work with as ****!

I relied on the reviews on BBB but should have gone with another company. I purchased the service for my brother-in-law on 8/6/2022. He did not use it except for once when he pressed the button. The voice scared him so he didn't use the service. My brother-in-law died on May 15, 2023 and I returned it about a week later. We got a check for $18.12 after paying $467.40. Not sure this was calculated since the company never provided a breakdown. Definitely not a pro-rata reimbursement. So beware of this company and what they tel... read more

The representative, Stuart H., who contacted me about Mobil Help was outstanding. I had called another company regarding purchasing a device, and they were no comparison to Stuart. He was friendly, very informative, and knowledgeable. He answered every question I asked and was always courteous and patient. I felt confident that I purchased the right product! I was very happy that the equipment has fall protection, and extra button for the bathroom, and speakers for upstairs and downstairs.

I would have or tried to give a rating of 4.5 but may nor be able or skilled enough to know how.Nonetheless my experience was excellent overall & ******* i had named ****** was very helpful, friendly, & conscientious!I prefaced my call by letting him know i has already sent emails to many in mobilehelp since i prefer to do things in writing for reference & to lessen calls or other distractions or interruptions!I already knew the device i wanted & had a number of questions or specific problems from not so reliable systems fro... read more

After a great deal of evaluating such services with my mother, the decision was made to contact Mobile Help for a quote. My mother is 92 years old, with an active mind, but with mobility issues that would make her prone to falls, and as we made a move to a house with rooms on one floor a year ago, it made sense to add this additional layer of protection for her.
