Initially I was very annoyed with the number of contacts I was bombared with by phone and emails from your business whileI was comparing the differences from the four businesses which had contacted me, I suggest you ******* your (desperate appearing) approach to get new customers.I went with ******** due to your agent, ******. He iknows the product and was able to answer my questions.. It would be nice to have a smaller 'pendant or a clip on model available.*************************
I had the pleasure of speaking with **************** and **************** whom both were very professional and helpful throughout the process of me ordering an alert system for my husband. I really appreciated their kindness ??. I am glad to have mobile help as my husband's hero ??
I received a renewal bill for this service. Not knowing anything about it, I called. Apparently someone signed my father up for this company. The company will not tell me who. My father had passed a year ago and yet there had been no communication between this company and their equipment to test or verify it was working. Don't think much of this company.
