One of the best customer care persons that I have ever dealt with. Very patient. I had trouble with credit card charge. Willing to stay on the phone until issue was resolved satisfactory.
I was very impressed with the sales rep who handled my request. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He made sure that I had no unanswered questions and understood all the information and the options of billing. As a side note: when he first called me I explained to him that I did not know I would receive a call so quickly and asked if he could call me back in one hour, as I was in a restaurant. After I got home I was called back, and appreciated his kind consideration.
